The view was fantastic however the condo could use some upkeep.

Great location, quiet building, and covered parking is available if you can find a space. Nice size 2-bedroom condo on the top floor with a great view of the beach! Big kitchen with everything you need to prepare a few meals or reheat leftovers. The living room furniture was dated but the beds are comfortable. Community pool and hot tub were nice and on the beach! Plenty of places to sit and relax outside, whether on your own private deck or by the pool or beach.

The lanai is fabulous. The view is incredible. Bring your own spices from home. There is no spice rack. Starter quantities for paper towels, dish detergent, and trash bags. WiFi is not dependable. Drains are slow in the bathrooms. The sofa is very uncomfortable. Overall, we were willing to overlook the negatives because the view is incredible right on Sugar Beach. We contacted management for check-in issue and WiFi. They were quick to respond although WiFi is not dependable in unit.

Nice unit. View was wonderful. Living room furniture a little tired looking. Kitchen had everything you needed. Nice small appliances. Always had a hum from the roof. Bed was comfy.

We have stayed at Sugar Beach Resort many times and this experience left much to be desired. The condo needs updating, and was in need of a deep cleaning. Rigs were dirty, lots of items under the bed and behind nightstand. The air conditioning did not work well and was loud. Towel rack broken, slow draining sink, loose shower handle, stained furniture. Outside table was tied together. I was very disappointed for the price we payed. One other thing that was sad was the smell from the wetlands nearby. It was terrible most afternoons and evenings. I realize this is no fault of retail agency but just felt it needed to be noted. Would be ok for about 1/2 the price.

Spent 7 nights here in this penthouse apartment with family. This two bed two bath spacious apartment was perfect for a lazy week. Swimming pool, beautifully dressed campus and most importantly almost a personal ocean beach. Nothing to complain about this place. 10/10.
