It is a very convenient location and comfortable and clean place to stay. This is our second time staying in this same condo and has been a great experience both times.

We ended up in unit 507 after our flight was canceled out of Maui and the unit we usually stay in was booked after our planned departure. We love Sugar Beach Resort so saw 507 was vacant and booked it for another 4 day stay given overbookings on flights out. Our go-to unit is ground-floor oceanfront, so this unit was a change for us. 507 is a courtyard view and back away from the beach. And because the pool/hot tub are in the courtyard, noise carries--something we are not used to. But if pool noise isn't a concern to you, this is a very nice unit to book.

Our stay was wonderful. The bed was comfy and we had a decent amount of storage and closet space. The views from this condo were perfect, you could see everything from the lanai. It was so pretty that I was proposed to over looking the amazing view! If you are a good home cook I would suggest traveling with your own knives if possible, and some spices. The kitchen is pretty bare bones and we often popped over to where other families were staying to get kitchen equipment. If you don’t care to cook, then it’s perfect for you! Location amazing, locals amazing, we look forward to visiting again sometime.
