Love the mountain and ocean view was our 4th stay here in Sugar Beach. Vacasa was excellent in relocating us during flood. Bed was very comfortable and slept very well. Kitchen well stocked. Close to Highway but rarely heard it. Every stay I’ve had at SBR has had hiccups but Vacasa worked hard to make it right and has succeeded!!

Schönes Condo mit allem was im Urlaub nötig ist. Es war bei Ankunft Kekse und Kaffee da. Vielen Dank dafür. Zucker usw war ebenfalls vorhanden. Genügend Handtücher usw. Auch Sachen für den Strand, wie Stühle und Schnorchel, die wir aber nicht benötigt haben.

I reserved a floor level unit with a private entrance facing the beach. I confirmed with guest services but was still put in a different unit on 4th floor. Also, nobody should have to buy their own toilet paper at a resort! Two rolls was definitely not enough for seven days!

Entry was easy. House was clean when we checked in. People at the property were very nice. The text help was very prompt and helpful. AC worked good, bed was comfy. Would stay here again.

Does need some upgrades on a few items. The condo is always clean and the outside ground areas are always well kept. The heated pool area and hot tub are clean everyday(hats off to the maintenance people). The visitors and the owners are very friendly. Very close to the beach and walks along the ocean are great.
