Loved access and proximity to beach. Property felt safe. Beautiful walks along sandy shore. 2nd time here. Does not disappoint!!!

This condo is in a perfect location. First floor unit. Step off the patio and a few steps across the lawn and you’re on the beach. Quiet area. Close to pool, which looks out to the ocean. Plenty of lounge chairs in pool area and outside in grass area. Condo is a good size and the kitchen is stocked nicely. It was clean inside and on patio when we arrived. Enjoyed the complimentary cookies, didn’t use the coffee, but nice they supplied some. There is a table inside and on patio to enjoy your meals. The location to the beach is what we were looking for and we were not disappointed. Listening to the waves and strolling along beautiful Sugar Beach, the view and sunsets made a perfect vacation for us.

This is in an amazing location with lots of thoughtful touches. It’s an 80s time capsule which we found charming. Unfortunately, it has not been maintained by the cleaners. We spent our vacation trying to clean layers of grime from the walls, doors, and ceilings. I wish I could post photos because we were not being overly picky - it was just that bad. We ended up buying an air filter for the bathroom because the dust was aggravating our allergies - even when the vog wasn’t an issue.

Access to the beach was great.The furniture is all 80s wicker, there is nothing of color to brighten the place up, the electronics were kinda ridiculous. For the price of this place you'd expect to be able to turn on the TV with the remote and use all the amenities. The TV had to be turned on manually and the DVD player wasn't even hooked up. The TV in the bedroom was like 12" in the one in the front room was undersized as well. The router was behind the TV and there must have been a hundred feet of cords back there ...huge rat nest of plugs and outlets... Total fire hazard! We live in an electronic age... they need to do better.

It was so nice to have direct access to the beach. It's a cozy and homey little spot and having in room washer/dryer lets you be able to pack a little lighter so you have room to bring home more goodies! Common area grill nearby and pool access is wonderful too. And it's pretty quiet too! Definitely will come back!

Spent eight nights with Family and three units over at Sugar Beach. It’s the most wonderful spot in Kihei.!! Our condo 119 had everything we needed really in the kitchen. It was well stocked. I highly recommend this unit The roosters and the chickens and the beautiful little birds made it all too wonderful.
