Sugar Beach Resort 318

We stayed in the condo for our trip and loved it. Great view, well equipped and air conditioning made the place awesome. We have stayed at the same resort before but this place was much nicer.

Condo located on the water, the sound of the waves crashing at night was incredible. Watching the wales from the balcony was absolutely Amazing! Would definitely stay again!

318 hit all the right notes. Beautifully furnished, nicely equipped, well-maintained, and comfortable - a great place to spend a Hawaiian vacation. The lanai has a wonderful ocean view looking out toward the island of Kahoʻolawe, perfect for beginning the day with a cup of coffee and ending it with a cocktail. We took morning walks along the beach and spent a few afternoons there camped out there in beach chairs with our books. The resort is located in a less developed area on the north ends of the Pi’ilani Highway and S Kihei Rd, and getting to beaches, shops, and restaurants anywhere in Kihei and Wailea takes only a few minutes. Still thinking of the mac nut sticky buns we got at Sugar Beach Bake Shop!

My husband and I spent a week in this perfect, one-bedroom condo. The unit is updated, clean, well stocked and has amazing ocean front views only steps from Sugar Beach. Bed was comfortable with good bedding/pillows and extra blankets if needed. Towels were bright white, shower/sink/toilet all very clean and in good condition. Kitchen well stocked including blender, toaster, ice cube trays. Greatly appreciated the beach chairs, beach umbrella, small cooler and ice packs. Pool and hot tub were both enjoyable. Found all the other guests in the resort polite, and the condo was quiet and peaceful. Swam in the ocean right in front of the condo-don't forget to pack swim shoes as there are some rocks about 5 ft out that your feet may hit while bouncing in the waves. Kihei was a perfect spot for us to travel every direction in 20-30 minutes!

We absolutely loved this property. The oceanfront view was amazing. The place was clean and beautiful with lots of amenities and a stocked kitchen. Lots of amenities (shampoo, conditioner, lotion) as well as beach items that saved us from having to rent them ourselves (umbrellas, beach chairs, sunscreen, even a collapsible mini cooler). Beds were comfortable and unit is updated. The resort had a beautiful location (walk down the beach to Ululani’s shaved ice!) and an amazing pool with a view. Communication was all via email with Vacasa but perfect as far as timing and offering late checkout (which we utilized). Honestly, I can’t think of anything we’d change. We left Maui incredibly happy with our stay.
