Kamaole Beach Park III, located just across South Kihei Road, is one of South Maui’s best swimming, snorkeling, and sunning beaches. This luxurious and extra-spacious condo showcases a lovely view. Strolling the grounds of this low-rise property, you'll discover tropical gardens, two pools (the lower pool is heated), a pool spa, tennis courts, and barbecue areas. Comfortably and elegantly furnished, this home provides many perks that include free high-speed WiFi, free cable TV, a DVD player, a washer/dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen. In-room safes are available. The spacious lanai offers spectacular views and a true taste of Hawaiian living. This property does not include elevators. A mandatory $35 check-in/resort fee will be assessed.

Condo is perfectly located in south Kihei with great access to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Condo has a northwest view which is really lovely with the lanai mostly in the shade throughout the day. Even provides views of the sunset. The updates that have been done to the condo are very nice. A few maintenance issues with the kitchen appliances need to be addressed. Also, the beach equipment needs some updating to provide 4 comfortable chairs and 2 umbrellas.

All in all this place is a 10/10. The road noise is a bit of a nuisance. The view, INSANE! Look skyward at night or towards the ocean and you will not be disappointed. The condo was clean and well decorated with comfortable furniture. The showers in this place and others that we have stayed in Maui Kamaole take some getting used to. The water pressure is poor and drainage the same. Otherwise I highly recommend this unit.

We loved the location, and complex. Amazing views from the balcony, saw plenty of whales, short walk to the beach and great location between Kihei and Wailea. The unit is in need of some updating.

Condo is very close to the path to the road so walking to the beach is very easy. It also means though that road noise can be somewhat loud. Condo was clean but carpet needs cleaning. Beds were horrible-very uncomfortable. Also, don’t count on using beach stuff-2 broken sun umbrellas, only one chair that was not broken in some way.

Condo is as awesome! So clean and comfy with fantastic views and excellent location. You don’t have to go far to find what you’re looking for. Would highly recommend!

The rental felt just like coming home, as my parents used to live in an H unit. My family had a great time and we are highly likely to rent again. :-)
