Not noisy, seems like well built units. Mattresses need upgrading. Good for a couple with short term guest. Upstairs main bedroom is not private.

My family chose a different unit and Vacasa canceled our stay (which was booked 10 months prior) 4 hours before we were supposed to check in. Their solution was moving us to this unit which was disappointing compared to other rentals we've stayed in on Maui. Cons: The fire alarm batteries needed to be replaced and the alarm beeped loudly on multiple occasions. The coffee maker didn't work. The wifi didn't work the first night. Some of the extra linens for the sofa bed were stained and dirty. Many of the dishes in the cabinets had crusted food on them, so I had to rewash everything we used. The upstairs room is an open loft without a door. Not ideal with small children or multiple adults. My experience talking to management was frustrating and when i brought up my initial concerns i found their responses to he condescending and unhelpful. For example when I explained after the first day that the wifi didn't work I was just told to familiarize myself with the manual in the home. Extremely disappointing experience overall. Pros: Good location.
