Close to beach. Great amenities in the home.

Couldn’t get even 1 good nights sleep Roosters woke us up every morning between 4 and 6 with non stop crowing No effort by management to stop it They could remove them all in 1 day if they made the effort. Also car alarms went on for hours with no attempt to stop them No area to gather with family for a BBQ without the manager coming by at 6:01 to tell us we had to quite down We had rented 5 condos for a once in a lifetime family vacation and were having a quite BBQ by the pool area when he showed up and ruined the quite family dinner we were enjoying. My son’s condo the laundry didn’t work. My daughter’s condo had small bugs in the kitchen that contaminated all the food she had purchased. Condo C 108 was a really nicely appointed unit. Great location, overall satisfaction with the unit and amenities.

Our family of 4 stayed for a week at the Maui Kamaole unit C108 mid April of 2025. We were very happy to arrive to a very clean and nice smelling unit. We did not have any issue at all during our stay. Our 2 teenage boys used the pull-out sofa bed and were comfortable the whole stay. The unit is roomy even with the sofa bed in use. The kitchen was well equipped with every kitchen tools you can imagine. There were also a couple of spices in the spice cabinet, and it was such a nice touch to have starter coffee packs (ground coffee, coffee filter, sugar, creamer) and some snacks provided as welcome gifts. The unit had a small Keurig machine and a regular coffee brewer that we mostly used. There was also a pitcher water filter, which was really useful so we didn't have to get bottled water all the time. We really appreciated having 2 bathrooms, roomy apartment, tasteful decors and furniture, washer/dryer, detergent, beach towels, beach gears (chairs, boogie boards, small cooler), ice packs, extra linens, and little things like reusable shopping bags and umbrella. Really made our first family trip to Maui enjoyable and comfortable. The only thing that we wished was provided is a beach umbrella. We did reach out to Guest Services about it but were told that no umbrella is provided. We ended up renting one from Boss Frog's. We definitely recommend this apartment! My stay at Maui Kamaole C108 had a lot of potential, but there were several issues that made it less enjoyable. The biggest problem was the coffee situation. I asked for K-Cups, but was told they weren’t provided. Instead, there was coffee for a traditional coffee pot—yet no coffee pot in the unit. It took two days to receive one, despite reporting the issue on the day of check-in. The same delay happened with a dish sponge. The cleanliness also needed improvement. There was visible dust on the fans, and I had to rewash the forks and knives before using them. Additionally, all the toiletries were just placed on the counter rather than neatly arranged. That being said, the unit itself has great potential. The location is wonderful, and the unit is right next to the pool, which is a huge plus. However, I do wish they provided beach supplies—I didn’t see any chairs or umbrellas available. Overall, this place could be great if it were properly cleaned and guest services responded more quickly to issues. With some improvements, it could be an excellent stay!

I absolutely have no regrets for staying here. Everything from the beaches to local hot spots have been near this location. On top of that, the service provided by the owners has been top-notch. I would definitely come back here again. Mahalo!
