Property is always well tended; rooms are spicy and span. And being on the south end of S Kīhei Rd is a plus…much lighter traffic and still across the street from the beach. This was our third visit to this property and we will return

The condo was spotless when we arrived. It is very roomy. The AC worked really well and kept the unit nice and cool. The location is decent and the property is very well taken care of. The pool area was really nice, but a little cool for us to comfortably swim in. The rules at the complex were over the top and a little ridiculous, but we didn't have any issues with them. If you have rowdy kids, I think it would be problematic staying here. The kitchen had everything we needed. The unit has boogie boards, beach toys, and an umbrella which was awesome. The unit is a few minutes walk away from Kam 3 which is excellent for boogie boarding. Overall an excellent stay and we wouldn't hesitate to return.

Loved having a kitchen and all the needed cookware, beach gears and a washer/dryer in the unit. Beautiful, spacious home. My family and I enjoyed our stay and are planning to return next year!

We have stayed in this unit before and enjoyed it. This time, the umbrella for beach was already broken and unusable so had to rent beach equipment (ok as I don't expect beach stuff in every condo). Bigger issue was dealing with Vacasa around their promise to have twin beds made into a king bed for our arrival. When this didn't happen, they were unwilling to help remedy it (saying it couldn't be done despite showing them email correspondence about our request and Vacasa's prior response). Not great service for the problem we had- and literally never heard back from them after communicating at checkin and being told they were looking into it.
