This one-bedroom vacation condo features a private lanai, a cable TV, free high-speed WiFi, a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a complimentary, in-suite safe. A tennis court and barbecues can also be found on the property’s beautifully manicured grounds, in addition to ample free parking. Enjoy a cool swim in one of the two pools. Great shopping and a variety of restaurants are also just minutes away from your doorstep. A mandatory $25.00 check-in/resort fee will be assessed.

This condo was perfect for me. The location is across from a nice Beach that I enjoyed and there are other beaches within walking distance. There are also a few restaurants close by. If you don't have a car it should be easy to get around. The furniture was cute and the decor is upbeat. It was quiet most of the time and I slept really well. The bedroom faces the hallway and it is in a location that doesn't get much noise. And the view from the balcony was scenic. The kitchen had everything I needed. It was an enjoyable stay.

Perfect location next to Kamaole Beaches and short walking distance to several of Kihei’s best eating spots. Well appointed suite with ocean view on a beautiful property with two pools, clean bbqs, tennis/pickleball court. Very quiet at night. We are relaxed and at home every time we stay in this unit.

Our stay in C515 was a good. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with the essentials. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The kitchen had all the basic utensils, pots, and pans, although you’ll need to bring your own oil, salt, pepper, etc. One thing to note is that the community has some restrictions designed with full-time residents in mind. For instance, noisy laundry appliances like the washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher can only be used during daytime hours. As a tourist who wanted to spend most of my day exploring, this did make it a bit challenging to get laundry and dishes done. Still, overall, C515 was a great place to stay.

This was our 2nd time staying in this room, was very clean and view from balcony was great! Highly recommend this room and property. A/C had a drain pipe so don’t need to worry about emptying out a drip pan, couches were comfortable and bedroom had a ceiling to help keep you cool!
