This studio and its location are terrific. For the past two visits, we booked our stay for the following year before leaving. The condo is responsively managed and is a good value.

We loved our stay in the property! It has great view from the balcony and hallway. The ocean is also right across the street from the apartment complex. Super convenient whether you rent a car or not. The property is well maintained and have ample towel and shampoo as well as a full kitchen. It's a true second home away from home.

The perfect location to have ultimate privacy while being steps away from the beach. We couldn’t believe how quiet this condo was. The interior really makes it feel like home, the lanai has beautiful views of sunrise AND sunset and there are plenty of great food/coffee options within walking distance. We really appreciated the washer/dryer and air conditioning! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we can’t wait to return!

I believe this unit is over priced. It's listed at $197.00 per night but the final bill ended up closer to $300.00 a night. I wouldn't have stayed here if iit weren't for the fact that my family stays here every year.
