This one-bedroom vacation condo features a private lanai, a cable TV, a telephone, free high-speed WiFi, a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a complimentary, in-suite safe. A tennis court and barbecues can also be found on the property’s beautifully manicured grounds, in addition to ample free parking. Enjoy a cool swim in one of the two pools. Great shopping and a variety of restaurants are also just minutes away from your doorstep. THINGS TO KNOW Window air-conditioning is available in the living room only. The Kihei Akahi property mandates that all guests occupying condos must empty the AC condensation drip pan on a daily basis to prevent overflows. I stay at Kihei Akahi every time I visit Maui. C413 was a nice unit. It’s the first time I had a unit with a remodeled shower (loved that there was also natural shampoo, conditioner and body wash in a wall dispenser), real king mattress (not a queen or two doubles pushed together) and tile flooring in the bedroom (instead of icky carpet). It was clean overall and really appreciated the welcome treats Vacasa provides.

We just returned from an incredible week at Kihei Akahi C413, and we couldn't be happier with our stay! The condo was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located right across from Kamaole Beach II — we walked to the beach every day. The unit had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to beach gear like chairs and umbrellas, which made our days super easy and enjoyable. The view from the lanai was a highlight — perfect for morning drink and sunset dinners. The bed was comfy, the A/C worked great, and the overall atmosphere of the unit was quiet and relaxing. The grounds at Kihei Akahi are beautifully maintained, and the pool and BBQ area were great extras. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, with clear instructions and quick responses to any questions we had. We really felt at home here. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy Kihei — we’ll definitely be back!

This was our first time using Vacasa and we were very pleased. Our unit in Kihei Akahi was all that we could wish for. C413 was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The king bed was comfortable, the compact kitchen had everything we needed, the living room was perfect for lounging and entertaining our friends, and the lanai was our go-to spot for morning coffee and evening dinners. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided and much appreciated. We have vacationed in Maui for a number of years and the location of Kihei Akahi, with its five minute walk to Kam 2 beach and short distance to various shops and restaurants makes it a great place to stay.
