This one-bedroom vacation condo features a private lanai, a cable TV, free high-speed WiFi, a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a complimentary, in-suite safe. A tennis court and barbecues can also be found on the property’s beautifully manicured grounds, in addition to ample free parking. Enjoy a cool swim in one of the two pools. While I understand the apartment is older, it was still pleasant and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay—we especially appreciated the beach gear, thank you. A few areas could use improvement. The couch should be replaced if the unit is meant to accommodate four people—it’s quite worn, dusty, and the mattress was uncomfortable even for the kids, as the springs could be felt throughout our stay. In addition, while the kitchen and bathroom were very clean, the overall dust levels were disappointing. The decorative items (like the plastic flowers), chairs, drawers (inside and out), and shelves were all quite dusty. When the fan was on, it circulated the dust, which made for an unpleasant experience.

The location was perfect, condo was so comfortable, all the necessities available. Felt right at home. Bed was clean bony and we appreciated AC and fans.

The condo is well equipped. Everything you need for your stay and to enjoy beach activities is already at the condo. Fantastic grounds, pool, and grills on site. Centrally located to walk to at least 4 prime beaches and all the restaurants and shopping you need. Access for driving is excellent as well.

The interior is very well kept, more so than other units I've stayed in. C315 has a great layout and it comes with lots of beach activitiy equipment which is a huge plus.
