Best view and feels like home!

Living room has window AC unit which works okay with one bedroom that is connected to the living area. The bedroom was warm. It was good that the owner had three fans available to cool the room down in warm weather. *** The guest parking is very very narrow.

We stayed at #302 for a week in April. The place was clean, and the view from the balcony was spectacular, looking over the pool and ocean. The balcony was sheltered from the sun, which meant we could sit out at any time of the day and not be too hot. The pool was attractive and located beside the ocean. There's no beach access, but we could walk along the waterfront in front of other properties all.the way to the town of Ma'alaena. We saw lots of turtles in the water at the neighboring properties, and a Hawaiian monk seal resting on one of the small beaches in front of a property near the town. Marine volunteers were watching it to make sure no one bothered it. This area of Maui was quiet and away from a lot of the vacation traffic. We would definitely return to this property.

The view is amazing and the condo was very comfortable and homey with an updated kitchen and nice A/C. It is conveniently located to town, Kihei and Lahaina. The harbor shops, restaurants and beach are a short walk from either end of the street. We saw turtles and whales splashing from the lanai and the trade winds are fantastic. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation!

This condo had everything we needed, close to the water, walking beach access down the street, pool, comforts of home, easy access to all parts of the island. The owner had beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and snorkel equipment for us the use. People at the complex were friendly.
