I have mobility issues so being on the ground floor was ideal. Having a low, step-in shower with a handle bar to hold on to in the shower was amazing. I think the only negative was the assigned parking spot. Even with having a handicap plaquard, we had to park in the furthest parking spot away, three parking lots away from the room. So my husband would have to drop me and all of the belongings off and then go drive to the spot. It was a lot of back and forth for him. Otherwise, the condo was comfy.

The views from this ground floor unit are amazing and we loved having meals outside looking at the ocean and mountains! There were turtles almost every day on the beach nearby. It is around 15 minutes to Kihei or the airport, so it is quite convenient. The place was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly suited to 2 couples.

Everything is great-the view-access to the beach-seems very quiet and calm compared to kehei. If relaxation and privacy is what you want then this is the right choice.

The location of this condo was a perfect meet in the middle between Kahului, Kihei and West side. Only downside is not much F&B or shopping nearby. Maalea harbor boats are a 5 min walk and turtles come to sleep on the adjacent beach nightly. The unit itself was perfect with all cooking supplies needed and AC, cable, WiFi worked well. Will be back!
