Absolutely Unacceptable!!! Never have been so disappointed with a vacation rental property. The condo is in need of a total renovation. The bedroom carpet is filthy and the drapery is torn and stained. The window that is described as opening to allow for a nice breeze is taped shut because the gears are stripped and it is not possible to open the window. The bathroom is dated and dirty. The kitchen is poorly stocked. The white vinyl coating on the cupboard doors is coming off and is completely off oh some of the drawers. The carpet in the sitting room is dirty. The upholstered chair is stained and dirty, as were the cushions on the counter stools. The drapery on the patio door is stained and torn. Pretty sure it’s the original from the 1970’s when the condominium was built. The lanai has a beautiful view of the ocean but could use 4 chairs instead of 2. Definitely would not recommend this unit to my family or friends.

This condo is 5 stars because the views and location are perfect. It is centrally located to a lot of places to visit and things to do. You can also stay in and sit out on the lanai and watch the whales. The little beach besides the resort had turtles on occasion as well! The condo itself has the basic amenities but you are mostly here for the views.

The view was amazing. We spent a lot of time sitting on the lanai watching boats and whales. We were pleased that the kitchen had a blender and other items we used. The washer and dryer were useful. FYI, the koi pond with a noisy waterfall is right outside the bedroom. If you are a light sleeper, make sure the bedroom window has been fixed so it will close. I had to sleep on the living room couch because of the noise. Apart from that, we would stay here again.

We loved looking out over the ocean from our lanai. Maalaea Harbor is a nice quiet place for this condo.

This room has a nice view and is quiet with no car noise, but I would not recommend it due to the deterioration of some facilities, which have not been improved for a long time, and too many pests.
