Loved the ocean view from the balcony and relaxing sound of the ocean waves.

We loved the views from the balcony and seeing turtles on the beach in the mornings. Very convenient location to activities, grocery, food trucks. The Moroccan restaurant close by was delicious and wonderful experience.

If you want a room with a view on a gorgeous beach, that is what you get. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the palm trees are stunning and the pool is sparkling cliean. The property is older, and the updates in the unit we rented were poorly/cheaply/improperly done, not a huge deal for a weekly rental, but it looks way better in photos than in real life. The unit has definitely seen hard use and even the updated things need replacing. There is a paid laundry, but the hours are limited to 8 am to 8 pm (NOT convenient for vacationers who are up early and come back after dinner). The biggest negative is no real air conditioning. Our unit had a tiny, extremely loud window air conditioner in the living area that put out cool air but did nothing for the humidity. The unit rules are to run the unit only when in the building, and since we were out and about for most of the day, it was hot and stuffy when we returned and it was a constant battle to get it back to a reasonably cool temperature. There are ceiling fans in the living area and the bedroom. The fans are old, the switches didn't work great (can't adjust the speed, hard to turn on) and the bedroom fan is AWFUL (barely moved the air). The bedroom was always hot and humid -- tradewinds do absolutely nothing to keep this unit and the bedroom comfortable -- so if you need air conditioned comfort, pass on this unit. This complex is in a neighborhood -- definitely not a tourist hot spot. The complex is centrally located on the island, so it is close to the airport and a great location to use as home base to explore Maui (we did the road to Hana, circled the west side of the island and went to the top of Haleakala). Be aware that the neighborhood area surrounding the complex is mixed. There are nice houses and there are a good number of car dwellers and homeless people on streets in the vicinity.

Very nice grassy area between the condos and a long sandy beach for walking. Second floor unit overlooks ocean and has great sunsets. A short 2 to 5 minute walk to grocery store (Times) and multiple restaurants and a small theatre with live events. Main snorkeling beaches a short drive away! We enjoyed our stay in this quiet condo and would definitely return.

This condo has a beautiful 2nd floor view of the ocean and is feet from the beach. It's close to shopping, dining and the main road in Kihei. My husband and I had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked. We plan to stay here the next time we visit Kihei.
