We loved how clean, spacious, roomy and very well-equipped this accommodation is like the other (2) units we rented! We had most of our meals here and throughly enjoyed spending time with one another! The upper pool area was our favorite spot and on our last day we had our last dinner there! We collectively decided to come back next year to celebrate our parents 70th wedding anniversary! Mahalo Vacasa for unforgettable weekend and we can’t wait to come back, we will definitely be needing more units for the whole family!!!!

Very close to excellent south Maui shore dive locations (Ulua Beach, McKenna Landing) and our favorite dive store (Maui Dreams). Ground floor front walled lanai was an excellent spot to dry scuba gear. If we were boat diving the property is directly across the street from the boat ramp. We had an excellent trip and had tons of fun at this location.

-Condo is larger than most. Roomy living area/hallway/main bedroom/bathrooms. -Full size washer/dryer -Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella provided -Snorkel/mask/fins provided for the kids -Air fryer -Ground floor with private lanai -Private outdoor area off of master bedroom -Double sink/counter in main bath -Beds were very comfortable -Vacasa provides hotel like management including things like soap/shampoo/conditioner in the showers and at the bathroom sinks. Good stock of towels. Supply of laundry and dishwasher soap. Good phone support for any issues. -I probably forgot a few things but I would recommend this condo and Vacasa particularly for stays on Maui.

The unit itself is ok. but has many flaws that are not being repaired by the homeowner. As a real estate investor in mainland usa with over 20 plus properties including long term and short term I can say from experience all of this. The wifi is terrible, it only works in the living room. Please get a eros or an booster for the wifi. Reseal and caulk your toilets. they are lose and moving. Someone fatter will one day break your pipes and flood your unit. Change your old outlets. Some of them dont even work, some even give sparks when you connect electronics, time for a change. You clearly have a leak in the 2nd bathroom yet you decide to put a cooking pan to hold the water. you have nasty rust and mold in the bathrooms. The baseboards are all damaged and destroyed, the main thing though the apartment is dirty: i can clearly tell your cleaning crew from vacasa are not cleaning at all and billing you for that or just very light cleaning. its disgusting to walk barefoot in the apartment your feet turn black, we also found left over clothes and dirt hidden behind bed and furniture from other tenants, your guest book clearly stared you been renting this since 2014, assuming its paid off now, start renovating it because it will bite you in the ass later, Also, we left the unit and cleaned all your floors with a mop and broom and your kitchen and counter even better than we found it, we know how rentals work and hate it when we have dirty people. Oh and the master had no shower curtain. i had to call them to install it and they entered the unit without informing and without our permission, unacceptable and violations of rules, but i did save you from flooding your nice wood floor/lvp in the bathroom. Home was better for a family of 4 or 5 but not 6. Our family of 6 was on top of each other when we’re at the condo with not enough space to put luggage or food from the store.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The communication was great making for an easy checkin/out.
