Beautiful place, clean; well kept; just needed a hot tub to set it off!

It was a nice and relaxing cabin in the woods for a great getaway but lots of hiking nearby. Plus your just 11 miles to Blairsville if you wanted to eat out.

The aboslute worst customer service and the worst vacation rental management company I have ever used; they were very unprofessional in their communications with us. You have to do a deep dive to find reviews for them online for some, but once you do, you see they're mostly negative, with many people having the same complaints. For instance, one complaint that I experienced that was a common complaint - I was told that I would get a refund for one of the nights I paid for, however they ghosted me and my husband because I said that I would being giving a bad review and contacting my bank to dispute the rest of the charges. They have not responded, and we have not gotten a refund. I found out after the fact that this is common with this company. I intially found them on Airbnb so I trusted them. Never will I do that again. If you look at their profile with the BBB, you will see that they have had 1,644 complaints in the last three years. We did not have wifi during the time we were there. We tried for a while to fix it ourselves, but that did not work so we had to call in. Because of the fact that the cottage had is own wifi seperate from the main property's wifi, and that it was a dead zone for cell service, we had to wait, for hours, for it to be fixed in another part of the property where we had service, since we had to be available to try to troubleshoot things. We were not able to leave as we wanted to get groceries and things, because we had to be there while the wifi was being fixed in case they needed us to do something. I was not able to watch the football game I wanted, and almost 4 hours of our time (which ended up being the whole first night of our stay) was spent on fixing wifi. They didnt care and told us, "Its only been 4 hours", yet check in wasnt until 4:00 pm (we did arrive shortly after that), so that was basically our whole first day. They didnt respect our time or that we were not able to spend our first day there as we wished. They ended up tellng us that the Wifi was fixed around 9:19 pm, but when I told them that we left the property and would be requesting a refund/dispute with our bank if they refused, they switched the story and told us that the WiFi was actually fixed at 8:00pm, yet, we were not told that until over an hour later. We didnt leave until a little after 8:00 pm, and it still wasnt working. Other reivews I have since found indicate many issues with facilities. I wish I would have found those sooner.

Near to Vogel Park, easy access to property.

Had a wonderful 4 day stay. The cabin was well equipped, cozy and clean. Would definitely book again. Enjoyed the game room and other amenities. Property was clearly thought out and well-maintained.
