Everything was wonderful
This home was absolutely beautiful. The decor was stunning and it was very beautiful and clean inside. I would definitely stay here again. The ONLY problem I had was the WiFi was very weak and it was hard to get calls and text to go out or to receive any calls
We will be back!
We loved how perfect this cabin was! We wanted a place to relax and unwind and that’s exactly what we were able to do!!!
We had a great stay overall, but the internet situation really needs attention. During our visit, we were unable to connect any phones or tablets, and the service itself was extremely unreliable. At one point, we went an entire day without internet. While that may not seem like a long time, the cabin is advertised as having Wi-Fi, and without it, we also had no TV and no cell service in the area—so it made a big difference in our stay. It’s also important to note this is not a place where you could work remotely given the current connectivity issues. I do want to highlight that the local team was extremely helpful once they were finally made aware of the issue. They handled everything promptly and professionally. Unfortunately, getting to that point was very difficult. The call center was not helpful, and it was nearly impossible to reach anyone local directly. There seems to be a ticketing process in place, but it delayed communication and resolution. I truly can’t say enough good things about the local general manager and staff—they were wonderful. However, the owner should seriously consider switching internet providers, as the current setup does not meet expectations for a property that advertises internet access. Just something to be aware of if you’re planning a stay and may need reliable connectivity.
This cabin was everything we would hope it would be for a short girls trip. They even had logs waiting for us in the fire pit so we wouldn't have to buy any wood. Everything was so relaxing and beautiful. They had an array of dishes/pots and pans, however I would recommend bringing some grill tongs if you plan to use it. (We couldn't find any). Also, I would note the water pressure in one of the bathrooms was a bit low but got the job done so was not a huge issue. I'm looking forward to booking this place again!!
