This hillside home sits 11 miles south of downtown Blairsville, giving you easy access to the conveniences of town in a serene, rural setting. In this beautiful pocket of North Georgia, you'll be within a five-mile drive of Vogel State Park, the Appalachian Trail, Sosebee Cove Scenic Area, and DeSoto Falls Recreation Area. As a new build, this two-story home is full of the comforts of modern living: central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and stainless steel kitchen appliances. Yet it's also warm and inviting, thanks to exposed-beam ceilings, walls and floors of natural wood, and a gas fireplace to curl up next to in the evenings. It's a great spot to prepare homemade meals, dine at one breakfast bar, and set up a favorite board game at another. For your evening entertainment, you'll also find TVs in both the living room and the bedroom upstairs. During your visit, enjoy access to a wide variety of shared amenities including a large covered and furnished deck with an outdoor gas fireplace, two firepits, and a fun-filled, lower-level game room with classic arcade games, vending machines, a TV, full-size pool table, virtual reality area, ice machine, and poker table.
