Located within six and a half miles are the Georgia Mountain Fair & Fair Grounds, home to live entertainment, concerts, festivals, and Hamilton Gardens. Lake Chatuge is a man-made reservoir with 132 miles of shoreline set to the backdrop of the Appalachian Mountains, just six miles away. Residents and visitors flock to Towns County during peak season for the boating, swimming, skiing, fishing, and camping opportunities this beautiful lake hosts. Located off Highway 76, the Towns County Recreational Beach offers free parking and beach access with a large playground, a roped-off swimming area, a covered pavilion, picnic tables, and chair rentals. Other must-visit attractions include the Appalachian Trail, Bell Mountain, Brasstown Bald, and High Shoals Falls. As soon as you enter this creekside home, you'll be welcomed by a spacious, open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and plenty of light. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare full-course meals or quick snacks on the go. Keurig and drip coffee makers are available and ready to please the coffee enthusiasts in your group.
