Could not have been happier with our stay. Beautiful home. Hidden gem.

I loved everything about this home. The location and the VIEWS are incredible. It was such a comfortable and cozy stay right in the heart of nature, and still close to everything you need in Girdwood. Easy 3 minute drive (or doable walk) to Alyeska, and walkable to brewery and restaurants in Girdwood. I was there in winter (beautiful!!) and can only imagine it’s the same level of perfection in warmer months. The hosts were great, and everything was considered. 5 stars!!!

This home is such a gem! Fabulous location in Girdwood walking distance or VERY short drive to the brewery, playground, super cute library, mercantile, bakery, coffee shop, and ski resort. You walk in to a thoughtfully laid out entry with an abundance of hooks, ski rack, boot dryer, and enough space gear up to gear down. Lower level includes a bedroom with desk, kids bunk room with toys/books, bathroom, laundry, and Sauna. We loved that the sauna was earshot from the kids so we could put them to bed and enjoy that space as adults evening. Mid level has spacious a master bed/bath with a deck and gorgeous mountain views. Main floor has a well equipped kitchen for cooking meals including a blender, crockpot, and lots of spices. The living is the loveliest place and the photos don’t do it justice. The ceilings are high and views from the windows make you feel like you are in the trees. We would cozy up with coffee on the couch or tuffets with the fire going and watch and sunrises and skiers from the windows. Above the kitchen is a sizable loft with its own bed and bathroom and a chic treehouse feel. The beds are incredibly comfortable and they layout fosters the ability to spread out while maintaining such a warm/cozy feel in each space. Would 100% recommend to others visiting the area! Thanks to the owners for sharing their space :)

If you are looking for a place to stay in girdwood, this is the one! The house is situated at the end of cul-de-sac and behind the house are amazing views of the mountains. The house is very spacious. You can easily sleep 3-4 families in there! The sauna was amazing and heated up quick. The back patio area is the perfect spot for a fire with amazing views. This house has it all! Full kitchen! One of the most unique houses Ive ever stayed in when it comes to architecture, many different overlooks inside the house that makes it feel even more spacious. Its 2min from the Brewery and the Resort. We felt very safe here and can't wait to come back! Pick this place!

We stayed here with my three kids, and honestly, this cabin made our whole trip. The house is so much more spacious than we expected, which was amazing because everyone could spread out without being on top of each other. The kids immediately claimed the loft and bunk room, and they thought it was the coolest setup ever. The setting is what really made it special for us — waking up surrounded by those towering spruce trees and mountain views felt unreal. We had slow mornings with coffee on the covered deck while the kids explored outside or flipped through the board games. In the evenings, we all gathered around the fire pit, and it became this sweet family ritual that the kids are still talking about. Being so close to Alyeska was a huge perk. We could get the kids to and from the resort in minutes, and the nearby trails were perfect for family hikes. Virgin Creek Falls was a favorite — short enough for the kids but still absolutely beautiful. After our adventures, the sauna was my personal heaven while the kids curled up by the wood stove. Inside, the place just felt homey and easy. Plenty of space, comfy beds, great kitchen, and the little touches like books, games, and a smart TV made downtime relaxing for all of us. It’s the kind of house that makes you feel like you’ve lived there for years, in the best way. My kids were genuinely sad to leave, and I completely get it — it was one of the coziest, most memorable places we’ve stayed. We’d come back in a heartbeat.
