Great location & beautiful property. We didn’t realize the attached lake does not allow fishing, just a helpful fyi for future guests. There also aren’t any kayaks, etc. for guest use.

I traveled to Anchorage with my son on a business trip / short vacation. House and amenities were exactly as described! Great location. Quiet neighborhood. A perfect location to get into downtown Anchorage and local restaurants. Found plenty of hiking within 30 - 90 minutes. Spent a day sport fishing in Seward which was a scenic ride 2 hours south. Would absolutely consider booking again!

We loved the location and layout of the home. It was comfortable and has a nice kitchen. We enjoyed watching the wildlife and the pontoon planes from the decks.

The PERFECT place for our week in Alaska! The house was immaculate, the location was fantastic and the communication was superb. Two couples in Anchorage for a week, loved sitting on the back patio to enjoy the birds on the lake and sunsets! This house has all of the amenities, comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms and very nice towels. Airport 10 minutes away, Anchorage around 12 minutes away and Starbucks 4 minutes away, easy to get to the highway for day excursions. We will stay here again the next time we return to Alaska and highly recommended.
