This was our second time staying at the Jewel Chalet and was perfect for the two of us and our dog. It has two beds so it could have easily slept another two plus a really comfy couch! The place was clean and well taken care of. It is spacious which is helpful especially with all the ski gear. We went for 3 nights, and the first time we stayed for 2. The water for a bath and shower was nice and hot which was great after a day of skiing! I will definitely stay here again! I would recommend it to anyone. Check in/out is a little late/early (4pm/10am respectively) but otherwise very nice.

This place is tucker away on a nice quiet street. It was perfect for a few day getaway from the hustle and bustle of Anchorage. It is full of character as the owners of the home have decorated it very nicely. We really enjoyed our stay, just watch out for all the dog poo from the neighboring dogs.
