THINGS TO KNOW There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of six people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued. Streaming is available using your own accounts. All planned events or parties must be approved by the property owner. The two twin beds can be pushed together to create a king bed. The sofa bed can convert to either a twin bed or a double bed. The wood-burning fireplace in the upstairs rental is not operable.
