This property was one that I almost don’t want to tell anyone about. So comfortable and clean! Great location, perfect size and everything you need to feel at home. Big bonuses: 1. Abundance of fluffy bleached towels 2. Amazing blackout blinds 3. Great dish-wear & pots/pans 4. Private 5. Lovely appliances 6. Quiet 7. Wonderful linens and pillows 8. Hot tub/ jacuzzi was amazing 9. Shower pressure was great! 10. Best blow dryer ever! 12. Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body wash was exquisite) Wish I would have had more time at this property. It was wonderful!

We loved staying at Captain Cooke House. The glass doors and windows have us a dreamy view of the harbor. This is a very well kept property with great location, safe neighborhood, short walk into city attractions & restaurants. Unit was clean with easy instructions, parking, & all amenities you could need.

We are so grateful to have been able to stay in this lovely condo while in Anchorage for 4 days. It had plenty of room for a group of four (although it was only my husband and I). The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a feast (but we ate out...several great restaurants within a short 10 min walk). The bed was SOOOO comfy. The water views from the back were incredibly peaceful. I felt like we were in a little oasis, yet located only a few mins from much of downtown Anchorage (and a 17 min walk to the train station!).

Great location: quiet neighborhood, great view, close to downtown and easy to go anywhere. The unit has everything you could need and is aesthetically pleasing. This house is divided into three units which are listed separately for booking. Each of the three units has its own hot tub. This unit is one of two on the bottom level of the home. Because the two lower units share a patio, you have to hope that you are lucky with quiet neighboring guests during your stay. I was lucky two of four nights! The other two nights I did hear a lot of noise and felt I had less privacy. But still overall very comfortable and hope to stay here again!
