The back deck is great to sit out on and relax with your favorite book or drink, and you'll also have access to a gas grill for warm weather cookouts. This studio is on a three-acre oasis within the campus of the University of Alaska. The centralized location is less than four miles from the Anchorage Museum, and about seven miles from the Alaska Zoo. The Alyeska Ski Area, a world-class downhill ski venue, is a little over 40 miles away. From here, one can also link to bike paths and cross-country ski trails that interconnect across all of Anchorage. Closer to home, when the salmon are running, you will get glimpses in the stream that borders your yard! And in case of emergencies, you will be within walking distance of the Providence Alaska Medical Center. THINGS TO KNOW There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of six people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued. This is a suite attached to the owner's home with a separate entrance. One wall is shared.
