Let your adventures in Sun Valley begin with this comfortably deluxe and well appointed condo in the heart of Elkhorn Village. From the underground garage with 2 parking spaces, you have direct elevator access directly to the front door of the penthouse. There are two primary suites with king-sized beds and large ensuite bathrooms with double sinks, a water closet, a large tub and separate shower with heated floors. A third bedroom with a queen-sized bed and its own bathroom right outside the door creates the perfect retreat for both families and groups of friends.

The main gathering space features a fully stocked kitchen with professional grade appliances, dining for 6 plus 3 bar height seats and a comfortable living area with a large-screen TV and gas fireplace. A small balcony provides the perfect space to grill burgers or enjoy your morning coffee. After a long day exploring you will definitely enjoy the cozy movie nook upstairs and separate from the main living area. And if you find yourself needing to do some laundry while on vacation, there is a full-sized washer and dryer in condo.

Elkhorn Village Amenities

As a guest you'll enjoy passes to all Elkhorn amenities. During the winter season, enjoy the outdoor hot tub, or relax in the year-round steam room and sauna. In the summer months, take a dip in the Village Pool or the Harker Center Pool. For a change of pace, challenge friends and family to a match on the pickleball/tennis courts.
