This was our 3rd time renting this cabin. It’s very comfortable for our family. Will be going back in the summer.
The residence is beautiful and meticulously maintained. All of the amenities are in excellent condition and fully functional. It felt as though one had visited before. The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors are very friendly. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning to return in the near future.
Our family had a great trip. Thanks for having a rental that welcomes our dogs too.
This house was okay for five adults and two kids; great size and good location, but inside is dated and in need of a refresh. The carpets need to be replaced and some of the linens too. Kitchen appliances, pots, pans all worked and were in good condition. Biggest complaint: the house was quite cold when we arrived and took over 24 hours to warm to a comfortable temperature (upstairs guests slept in sweatshirts each night). Overall, this property met our needs as a place to sleep and shower while we visited with family staying at other properties in the area.
Second time going and we really enjoyed our stay.
Place was fine and we were very grateful for the last minute booking and their ability to accommodate us. They also allow dogs, which is a huge plus if you want to bring your furry friends. Some of the positives: - Quiet and peaceful - Nice/large living room with comfy chairs and couches to hang out, with lots of games too. - TV and wifi all worked great Some areas to improve: - As others have stated, some signage or directions to get to the driveway would be helpful (there were no instructions in the email/listing on how to find it) - The kitchen: Cookware could use upgrading (really hard to cook with the pots and pans and every meal resulted in smoke/the fire alarm going off) and there aren't enough utensils. For example, we had to either handwash between meals or run the dishwasher if we wanted to have spoons for our next meal. Not the end of the world but if you are looking to have 7-8 people and eat meals at the cabin, it can become more challenging. - They do allow pets so keep that in mind, but the carpet could use a deep clean or replacing. Overall it worked for our group and our needs but probably would look to book elsewhere in the future.
