Newport Cottages A & B offered a spacious, well-equipped setup that worked especially well for group stays, with separate units, kitchens, and inviting outdoor areas adding flexibility and comfort. Guests appreciated the bright, fresh, well-decorated interiors along with features that made the stay easy and comfortable, including air conditioning, multiple bathrooms, and convenient storage space. The property was repeatedly praised for being extremely clean and feeling crisp and well cared for. Its location was a standout, with an easy walk to the beach as well as nearby dining and bike rentals. Guests also valued the garage and courtyard, which added extra convenience for parking and storing beach gear and bikes.
Overview
Inside Cottage A, the living room flows into the open-concept kitchen with Carrera marble counters and bright white cabinets, providing ample storage and counter space for all your cooking needs. The bedrooms are styled in an updated, coastal neutral palette.
Inside Cottage B, you'll find open-beam ceilings and original hardwood flooring. The open-concept kitchen and living area feature a large Carrera marble center island, making dining a breeze. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom awash in natural light from the skylight.
The large front patio and spacious upstairs deck each provide alfresco dining, gas grills, plus additional outdoor seating, perfect for lounging and sharing stories from the day.
Plenty of storage space is available for storing surfboards and hooks for hanging beach towels after a fun day at the beach! Smart TVs, air-conditioning, and two dedicated garages wrap up the property's marvelous perks.

This is our 2nd time at this location. Had a great week. This house had everything we needed, including the beach. Thank you. Hopefully we will be back again.
We rented both units for our family of 7 and appreciated all the space which included the outside patios. Easy walk to the beach , bike rentals and restaurants . The two car garage is a huge plus especially if you rent during peak season . Two car garage a huge plus Downstairs unit nice for family
Extremely clean, new, and well decorated! Perfect for the 7 family members that stayed there! We loved the courtyard in between the 2 places where we could store bikes, and beach equipment etc. it was a big bonus to have 3 bathrooms as well as AC. Will certainly stay there again!!!!
