The window above the sliding doors in the great room is free of window coverings, so the sofa bed receives some natural morning light.

Quiet hours are 10 pm -7 am - no outdoor activities after 10 pm.

Citations will be issued for noise disturbances and exceeding the occupancy and parking limits.

Refunds will not be granted due to eviction.
