Our family of seven plus a toddler loved staying in this charming beach rental. The close proximity to the beach made visits there convenient, and the beach equipment and toys were much appreciated. We found the home clean and comfortable-- would definitely book again!

This house is in a perfect location and wonderful for a family. 1 block to the beach, 6 short blocks to the grocery store. About a 15 min lovely walk along the boardwalk to the Newport Pier and all the surrounding restaurants and bars. Will definitely be back.

We stayed here with our 4 children over Christmas. The beach is a literal hop and skip away, beds were comfy, the fireplace was awesome. Super great little spot to enjoy southern California.

The home was a comfortable stay for 3 adults. Great location to beach and Lido, which had lots of great restaurants. We spent most of our time out and about and it was a good place to come back to relax and recharge for the next day. The home was exceptionally clean and the decor was charming.

Location is amazing. It’s so nice to have a parking spot especially on crowded weekends. The home is well equipped and spacious. The only thing is the hose sprayer was broken and we couldn’t rinse off after the beach. I contacted guest services and it still was not fixed during our stay- which was disappointing
