Please be aware that there will be construction activity next door during your stay through October 2026. Construction hours are 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. We appreciate your understanding, as this is outside of management's and the owner's control.

This lovely home boasts a spacious, furnished patio that is great for lounging in the sun and watching the dock waters. Indoors, the full kitchen will allow you to make culinary delights. There is seating at the breakfast bar, and the charming dining space is perfect for family-style meals. Comfortable furnishings also await—settle in and watch TV with Netflix streaming as a respite from the heat.

This house is a quick drive or bike ride from Newport Beach and the pier, as well as an assortment of restaurants and shops. More fun awaits a little farther down the Balboa Peninsula at the Balboa Fun Zone, while Huntington Beach is just a short drive away. Disneyland is also within easy driving distance for the amusement park lovers in your group!

*Streaming services are available using your own accounts.

*A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) applies to all reservations.

*Please note that a washer and dryer are not available at this property.

*An air mattress is provided for additional sleeping space.

*While the dock is available for you to enjoy on foot, it is not available for guest boat mooring. During the summer months, the homeowner's friends and family may use the dock on weekends.
