Balboa Island Home is described as a beautiful, spacious, and inviting property that offers excellent value for family stays and group getaways. Located in the heart of coveted Balboa Island, this home's newly remodeled modern interior, combined with a quaint seaside theme, makes it the perfect place for you and your family and guests to relax, reconnect, and recharge during your seaside interlude.
Colorful western sunsets and starlit skies will be the perfect backdrop for your evening’s activities, and during the day there are lots of fun things to do in Newport Beach with attractions focused on families, couples, being active, or trips of solitude. Outdoor enthusiasts will love miles of hiking and cycling trails, surfing, and sailing. A good selection of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping are also nearby, so everything is easy.
This unique, newly remodeled three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath, 2000 sq. ft. two-story home, just blocks to the shops and restaurants, will confirm for you that Newport Beach is a tremendous place for your seaside vacation. The living room area has a large couch with a queen pullout sofa from which to enjoy a flatscreen TV and a fireplace. The dining area is next to the kitchen breakfast bar with high-top stools so it is easy for everyone to eat together. The kitchen is completely updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and has everything you need to create meals and snacks for your crew. All you need do is add the food and the camaraderie and have fun.
The Cal-king primary bedroom is on the second floor and has an en-suite bath with a large walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom is also located on this floor and has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath and a walk-in closet. This room also includes an en-suite bath with a standing shower. The second guest bedroom – a queen – is on the first floor and also has a walk-in closet and en-suite bath with a standing shower. The first level also has a queen-size sofa bed. All bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.
Additional amenities include one garage parking space, free WiFi and cable, and a washer and dryer – all provided to make things more convenient. This location is so close to everything it will make you feel like you have entered a little slice of paradise for your vacation interlude. We found the place to be a mixed bag. The location is great for walking the island, access to the ferry and the main street, Marine Ave. The downside is the worn and tired condition of the unit - a refurb would go a long way to address the shortcomings.

Great location, walkable everywhere. Perfect for a large family or two families with kids. Each room had its own bathroom, large couch and cozy fireplace.
While not on the water, this Balboa Island home is a 10 in terms of location. Unfortunately, the home feels well worn and not at the calibre you would expect for this location/price. Dirty carpet, seriously in need of internal upkeep throughout.
Excellent location, house and amenities! Would stay here again.
