Property had two coffee makers but no coffee or no sugar onsite. There was no oil and no spices except for salt and pepper and they also didn’t have a blender or scissors and the plates and pans were either too small or too big. In other words if you are planning on making coffee bring your own and if you are planning on cooking, also bring your own oil, spices, plates, pots and pans. All trash cans outside were completely full so we had to take them out on trash day and towels were left in the dryer.

This location was central to the beach, downtown Ventura and to the best donuts ever. We are donut snobs in our family. The donut store is called fosters donuts. It was a quiet location and there is a great backyard with an orange tree! We were a week to soon!

Great location and a very nice place. Only problem was that there was no laundry detergent was seemed odd. Also staying for 10 days and just one roll of paper towel.So the supplies were the only problem

The property is in a great neighborhood, very quiet and optimal location in Ventura. Has everything you need for a stay. Perfect for families or friends with dogs. We will hope to stay here during our next visit :)

Our family had a great time here. The yard is beautiful--be sure to try and orange or two--they are the BEST! The loquat fruit is also very good. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of room and really enjoyed the town of Ventura.
