Located just steps from Tavern Bay, you'll find this wonderfully rustic, spacious charmer! With its fairytale ambiance, this home boasts magnificent perks like high wood ceilings, a grand staircase, and a warm wood-burning fireplace. The main living room is surrounded by lush views of the private yard. Settle down and enjoy your favorite TV shows and movies on the oversized sofa, or curl up on one of the leather seats and read. A sit-down bar is also available in this space, the perfect hangout for the older members of the group.

Any chef's delight, the full kitchen radiantly gleams with its granite countertops, center island, and high-end Thermador appliances. When you aren't showing off your culinary skills inside, head outside and fire up the provided gas grill. Also on the main level of the home, you'll find a separate laundry room, a formal dining room, and a formal seating room.

Upstairs, the en suite primary bedroom is its own special oasis with its vaulted ceilings, kitchenette, fireplace, and enormous soaking tub/shower. The home's three additional en suite bedrooms are all located on the second floor. The loft boasts extra sleeping arrangements. The interior perks don't end there though! Hours of family fun can be spent around the pool table or while playing a board game.

Outside, continue enjoying each other's company from the bubbling warmth of the hot tub, while lounging by the dancing flames in the firepit, playing a game of horseshoe, or practicing your swing on the private putting green.

The location is great. The home and neighborhood is very nice. Easy access to most things around the lake. The home advertises a putting green but doesn’t list it as an amenity so they don’t provide a putter. One bathroom wasn’t usable as there was only very hot water to the sink and bathtub. The fire pit and hot tub were so lovely in the chilly evenings. There is a UCLA property walkable that you can buy day passes for and use their amenities like pool and beach access which was nice. The home was very comfortable and the service was attentive. We enjoyed our time in this home and would recommend to others if they can make sure to correct the few things I mentioned.

We arrived during a snow storm and were able to sit in the living room and enjoy the falling snow outside. The snow removal service was great. Kitchen is awesome – it made cooking and eat-in meals a joy. As the snow melted, we enjoyed the yard including the fire pit. The pool table provided hours of fun. The house & yard worked extremely well for five people and a dog – adjoining rooms allowed for shared conversations and still supported games, quiet reading and naps on the couch. Bedrooms were spaced out enough to provide privacy; everyone had their own bathroom with two half-baths downstairs. Very efficient heating for cold weather. Ample parking – great for icy conditions. House is on a street that was nice for walking. We really enjoyed the place – you could tell the owners took care.

We spend 6 days here for our family vacation. The space was great. Plenty of room to spread out and various activities to keep us entertained. The kitchen was large and had the basics needed. The appliances (oven/stove & dishwasher) are old but did the job. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet.
