You cannot beat this home's prime location. Situated just east of downtown Santa Barbara, you can practically walk to everything! Enjoy the shops, museums, parks, and all the great restaurants and grocery stores, such as Convivo and the Tri-County Grocery store, right around the corner. You'll also be only steps from relaxing on East Beach! This home is one mile away from the Santa Barbara Pier and downtown! The Santa Barbara Zoo is also close, as are a few wineries for tastings and tours. There's also a bus stop close by for your convenience!

This is one of the most conveniently located beach rentals in Santa Barbara! It's just a block away from East Beach and another block from Tri-County Produce. The property is very comfortable; we stayed here with our 1-year-old daughter and were able to cook most of our meals easily. We will definitely be back!
