Placed in the coveted Monterey Dunes Colony, take advantage of this incredible opportunity to own your slice of the California Coastline along the exceptionally picturesque Monterey Bay. Check out the Salinas River State Beach while you're here, so pack some sunscreen and a bathing suit for a dip in the serene waters or pitch up an umbrella in the sand and read a good book under its shade. Moss Landing State Wildlife Area is six miles away, where you'll have an array of gorgeous wildlife to gaze out at and admire. If you're lucky, you'll catch a glimpse of the migratory birds that land on the shore!

Inside the home, you'll immediately notice the high vaulted ceilings in the spacious living area decorated with lovely paintings, a bright chandelier overhead, and comfortable furnishings. Step out into the back and sit down on the sectional couch and lay your head down on one of its crimson pillows for a power nap. The beach is within walking distance, where you can hear the sound of the waves crashing in peacefulness. Use the full kitchen and its stainless steel appliances for an all-out dinner later in the evening! The electric fireplace will add ambience with a gorgeous view directly from the comfort of your chairs near the windows. You'll also have on-site activities to participate in, such as tennis courts, bocce ball, pickleball, pool, spa, and volleyball court.

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful home. We’ve stayed at 6 different homes in Monterey Dunes and all agreed that the furniture, layout, and location of this one was our favorite. And the hot tub with the house was a great perk.

This house is situated in such a peaceful spot! The views of the ocean over the sand dunes is really special, listening to the waves crash as you sleep. The decks of the adjoining houses (as well as this one) are set back just enough that you cannot see anyone if they are on it (although you'd likely hear someone talking loudly if you were both on the decks at the same time. No one was on either side of us during our stay so it was simply perfect. The house is very comfortable. It's so great to have comfy beds and ensuite baths! The kitchen and eating area were great. For anyone's information, they have one Keurig coffee maker and one drip coffee maker. There was some filters and a few half used bags of coffee, clearly what other guests had left. There was a little salt and pepper too but nothing else so bring everything you need for cooking. Otherwise, come with a good book and little to do. It's the ultimate in relaxation. If coffee to the sound of waves and quiet walks on the beach are your thing, do not hesitate.

House is very clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking (garage for 2 cars, another parking spot outside with some guest parking too). Fabulous ocean view from the house with walking distance from house directly to beach. Gorgeous sunset. We watched every day during our 3 days stay. Well equipped with club house near by with tennis court, basketball court (we played), jacuzzi, swimming pool et al. I feel grateful for prompt replies and guidance from management which runs 24/7. Feeling very safe as there is a man power gated entrance out there. It’s a bit remote but we enjoyed quiet environment. Definitely will strongly recommend to others and will come back. Thank you.
