We really enjoyed our stay at Grover Beach! The place was nice and had everything we needed.

Worked great, had everything we needed, didn't skimp on towels, kitchen stuff, etc., which was very much appreciated, however, the pillows are all large decorative ones and gave us all sore necks.

The house was barely cleaned, our socks got dirty walking around. Both bedding on the two lower level beds had brown and red stains on them. Good thing i always bring my own sheets because the extra sheets were locked up. Very few dishes (3 total coffee mugs) , if you want to cook at home bring your own pots, their biggest one was a sauce pan. Because we had to keep washing dishes we had to buy our own dish washing detergent. This was a first. I usually don't leave negative reviews on homes we stayed in, and we stayed in many, but I had to on this one because no effort was made to make it pleasant for the renter, its just a cash cow with minimal effort.

Perfect location and had everything we needed!! Loved it!

We stayed here for a few nights with two adults and two kids under 3. It was perfect! It was clean, in a great location, and the beds were super comfy. They had all the amenities we needed. Even a stroller, pack n play and high chair were provided. It was very family friendly but I could definitely see it as a romantic get away too. The location was amazing. There was a children’s discovery zone and library within a very short walk and it was about a 15 minute walk to the beach. It was only about a 5 minute drive to the shops and restaurants at pismo beach and a 15 minute drive to the lovely Avila beach. We will definitely stay here again! We all had a great time and made wonderful memories.
