This condominium is in great proximity to the Downtown Disney security entrance. It took us about 10 minutes to walk from the condo to security and 15 minutes to get to the gates of DL or DCA. The complex is quiet enough as the condo is tucked back away from the street. We rarely saw anyone out and about while we were there. While it's a bit tricky to locate the condo itself, all of the units are marked well and once you figure out which building you are in, it's easy to get in and get settled. The home is just fine. Think of it like visiting a relative -- it's updated and clean but the carpeting, baseboards, and furniture are a little worn. It's not flashy, but there is plenty of room for 6 adult people to sleep and use bathrooms. The kitchen has what you need to make a quick meal and a cup of coffee before heading out to the Parks for the day. We were very comfortable during our week-long stay. While you do have to cross 4 lanes of traffic to quickly access Magic Way, there is a grassy median for place to pause and wait for traffic to pass. If you're willing to not cross at a crosswalk, you get to Downtown Disney in no time. While we were there at the end of May, there was not a lot of vehicle or foot traffic in the morning (around 7:30AM) or at night when we returned (10-11PM). The front of the complex faces the back of the Pixar Pals parking structure. There is no easy way to walk through the structure that we could find, so we chose to walk down S Walnut to Magic -- making our arrival at the parks easy! We felt safe on the road and in the complex the entire time we were there. Overall, while not flashy, we enjoyed our stay and would return for our next visit.

The house was beautiful and very well-maintained! The customer service was amazing - quick responses for any questions we had and they truly went above and beyond when we left a few items we had behind by shipping them back to us! Very glad we booked here rather than a Disney hotel, the amount of space we had was truly worth it for our group!!

Very clean! Spacious. Quiet. Within walking distance of Disneyland.

The location cannot be beat; less than a 10 min walk to Disney’s security entrance. The home was clean and comfortable. We had a couple of tech issue, but the host was very responsive and offered solutions. We would stay here again.

Loved this condo and would definitely stay again! We are a family of four (with teens). The proximity of this condo to Disneyland is perfect. You cross Walnut Street at Magic Way and walk about 10 to 15 minutes down Magic Way to the Mickey & Friends parking lot. (You could make this walk in 10 minutes if walking briskly.) From there we took the free tram to the park. It's also the same distance to the downtown Disney entrance where you can take the monorail. If that walk is too long, someone in your party could drop you off at the corner of Magic Way & Disneyland Dr to catch the tram, or there is a drop off area at the Downtown Disney District Guest Drop Off to catch the monorail. Very easy to go back and forth for a mid-day break and back to the park again for the evening. We found the condo clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, laundry worked well, kitchen stocked with all utensils/tools you'd need. We did have the microwave fuse blow a few times one morning. Not sure what triggered it, but it was remedied quickly by the fuse box in the adjacent laundry room. There is some wear and tear on the carpets, doors, etc, but it's clean and overall still looks like a very nice place. As others have mentioned, the exterior of the condos/property is in need of a facelift, and it appears that is happening as we noticed construction workers renovating the outside of one set of condos. (Appears they are working through the property and updating all.) The pool area could use a refresh, but it's still a nice area. The pool and hot tub were clean. This condo is located next to the pool, so it was very convenient to get to but not loud during the busy late afternoon/early dinner time. The pool drew a nice family crowd. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Walking distance to disney but do need to run across a big road. Clean with nice decor and comfy beds. Well stocked kitchen with kid stuff. Patio w gas grill and firepit was nice. Cons / Improvements to be aware of but hopefully will be fixed: I have shared my feedback w mgmt but to be aware of - The microwave throws the breaker ALL the time. Dishwasher needs a new spring on the soap release otherwise it only wets/steams dishes and doesn't clean. This is really important to get fixed as families need the DW to work properly. The front door is not sealed and rainwater comes in during storms. There carpets are stained from high traffic but not dirty. It was clean though and furnishings were nice but def some deferred maintenance that needs to be addressed. The bunk room was fun for the kids. Also as a heads up the complex and exterior of the buildings is in VERY bad shape but inside the condo is fine. We'd stay again but it would be a good idea for mgmt to fix some of the issues.
