Overview
Wine Country in Your Backyard — Walkable, Dog-Friendly & Fully Loaded
Skip the car. This charming Paso Robles cottage puts you steps from downtown restaurants, urban wineries, and a fantastic breakfast spot right next door — then brings you home to a modern, spotlessly clean retreat that guests keep coming back to year after year.
Unwind on the private deck as the sun sets over Paso's rolling hills, then gather around the propane fire table under strung patio lights for an evening glass of wine. The gas grill and outdoor dining setup make al fresco dinners a no-brainer.
Inside, the open floor plan feels modern and warm — bright, well-appointed, and stocked with everything you need for a great stay. The kitchen is a genuine highlight: fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, counter seating, and everything you'd need to pull off a holiday dinner or a simple weeknight meal.
Your dogs are welcome here. We set out food bowls and have plenty of space for your pups to settle in. The yard is private, and downtown Paso is just a 12-minute walk — bring the leash.
When you're ready to venture out, wine country is minutes away: Tin City, HWY 46 tasting rooms, and Vina Robles Amphitheatre are all a short drive. The Paso Robles Golf Club and Ravine Water Park round out the options.
The details that matter: Central A/C, private washer/dryer, private parking in your own driveway, and TVs in both the living area and bedroom.

Walkable to downtown Paso Robles.
This place was perfect for weekend getaway. It’s very spacious for a 1 bedroom and super clean. The owners had great communication. The neighborhood is quiet but a short walk to downtown. We had breakfast at Joe’s right next door, which was delicious. Would love to stay here again!
The house was cute, clean, bed and pillows could be a little bit more comfortable and when they want you to start the laundry when you leave but have no detergent….. The host company was great my first day after that I was locked out of my house because the code wasn’t working, we were tired after working all day and had no way of contacting anybody even though they say they have 24/7 service. I had 2 phones going on hold, I email the host. We were locked out for over 20 min., as we were going to leave to go stay at a hotel we tried the door one last time and thank god it worked. We had to leave the back door unlocked the rest of our stay. The host didn’t get back to me for 2 days! 2 people contacted me 2 days later, one said, I see your at the property and a representative helped you……NO! The other one said, I don’t see your reservation here, the name doesn’t match up can you give me your reservation number, name etc. Neither one reached out to me regarding my situation. A suggestion to the house owner, it’s cute and in great location but get another company to host it.
The cottage is conveniently located behind the main house, with easy parking and straightforward access. Inside, it’s nicely furnished and very clean. However, there are several issues worth noting. The bed is extremely soft and needs a new mattress, and the bedroom has no AC. The most significant concern is the lack of curtains in the living room, which creates a serious privacy issue and made us feel uneasy. Additionally, we were disappointed by the lack of flexibility for late checkout. Even on a holiday, instead of a complimentary hour that we asked for they insisted we pay extra $60 just to stay until 2 PM even if we only stayed for the extra hour. The last negative is the lenghty instructions left for guests. If guests are paying a significant amount for the property which is a part of the Marriott Vacation Club, cleaning instructions should not be provided—this is not an Airbnb experience.
The whole place was comfortable and had everything you needed. The host thought of everything you needed. We didnt cook but there was all good stuff to get the job done.
Nicely updated home. Perfect for three people. Very nice amenities, especially in the kitchen. Good location within a 10-minute walk to downtown Paso Robles. Good value for the money. Next door to our favorite Paso breakfast spot - Joe's Place!
