This townhouse has been completely remodeled and professionally redesigned in a modern beach style that makes it easy to enjoy your stay in the beautiful southern coast of California! This two-story townhouse features a large upstairs family room with a cozy fireplace, a large TV, comfortable seating, and a large, round game table. Bring along a couple of favorite games or use one of ours from the game cabinet and enjoy playing together! Ceiling fans, vented skylight, and windows circulate the refreshing ocean breeze to cool this vacation home. Sleep well in luxurious beds and linens to wake up refreshed for another day in a vacation paradise. The master bedroom features a small balcony with an ocean view. There is also a downstairs patio with dining seating and BBQ grill located off of the kitchen.

We loved the location right in the middle of San Clemente and the comfortable beds! Comfortable beds are extremely important to me! The sheets were a nice cotton too. The kitchen seemed well stocked for cooking although we ate out the entire time because we were able to walk to many good restaurants! The trolley stops in front of the house which is nice. The house is just a short walk to the beach. The floor plan was a bit odd because the kitchen is downstairs and the family room is upstairs but it was fine for us. Two bedrooms are upstairs and one down which gives some privacy if you have adults staying.

This place couldn’t be in a better location. It’s right on the Main Street so a short walk to get food or coffee or the shops. The other direction it’s a 5-10 min (very nice and easy) walk to the beach/pier. You can sit on a patio and watch the world go by. Only thing I didn’t love was it wasn’t the cleanest. There is some mold and dirt debris in the showers, water stains on the taps/showers, the one king mattress upstairs has a very unpleasant smell of someone’s BO that was so bad I had to go sleep in the extra queen bed. Otherwise was a great spot !

Outstanding property and excellent location. Communication with the host was timely and accurate. You really can’t find a better location. Perfectly situated to walk all over San Clemente. One of the best properties we have stayed at. Modern, clean with a fully furnished kitchen.
