Overview
Welcome to this beautifully appointed, three-story, 3200 sq. ft. home in a duplex. With incredible amenities and vaulted ceilings, this is a truly unique home away from home! It is only a 12-house walk to the beach!
Enter the front door to the main hallway that takes you to a game room on the left with a bumper pool table and a table with chairs, where you can play cards, dice, and watch the large wall-mounted flat screen TV. Please note that the fireplace in this room is non-operational.
From here, you can enter a queen bedroom, and down the hall, there are two additional bedrooms - one with two queen beds and the second with a double-over-double bunk bed. These three bedrooms share two baths - one with a large walk-in shower and the other with a shower/tub combination.
Up the stairs, you will find the living room with a vaulted ceiling, comfortable seating for the entire family, and access to the second-floor deck with a grill and seating area. The second story also features a wonderful kitchen and dining area for eight, a washer and dryer, and a half bath. Again, the fireplace is non-operational.
The primary bedroom is on the third floor and features multiple skylights in the bedroom and a huge en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. And all beds and bathrooms are furnished with a generous supply of premier linens to ensure you are comfortable at every turn.
Adult supervision is required at all times while guests are on the third floor and on the rooftop deck, which has lots of comfortable seating and is a great place to people watch‚ the Newport Peninsula, and enjoy the ever-changing colors of the western sky at sunset.
Come enjoy Newport Beach from this ideal location close to the beach and just a short drive to the Balboa Fun Zone. Newport Beach is the largest port on the West Coast and offers a bountiful selection of both land and water-based activities. This is a perfect place to create memories that will last a lifetime.

Rating
Home was huge and so close to the beach which is why we rented the place. Our family had a blast and enjoyed the location and weather. Definitely coming back!
So close to restaurants
Perfect for our family! We had a wonderful week by the beach!
The home may have looked like the pictures when it was built, but it is run down and in need of fixing. The property is a short walk to the beach, but also on a Main Street which meant people walking by the bedroom windows all hours of the night after drinking. The shared deck is awkward with the other tenants and all the chairs were broken. If you are a family rethink booking. It won’t let me rate 2 stars
3 generations from age 2 to 62 stayed here for a week. Loved the location and that you could walk to the beach. Kitchen was stocked well with dishes and silverware. Could have used more towels. Space was large.
We loved how spacious the home was and it is also walking distance to the beach!
