This was our fourth stay, and we continue to enjoy this rental as a base for exploring the Central Coast. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of seating in the living room. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to cook in. We highly recommend it!

Great location if you’re going to pismo beach for off-roading . Close to the beach and downtown area.

Place was comfy. Beds and linens/towels were great. Bathroom was roomy, two could get ready at the same time. Great magnifying mirror in the bathroom. If you’re accustomed to traffic noise then the house sitting on a corner will be nothing. The room towards the back of the house could barely hear traffic. The room that looks out to the driveway you could hear the noise well. The living room area was super loud. Nothing that some lining around the front door wouldn’t help with. The patio was great, facing the ocean even though you couldn’t see it, you still had the great sea breeze and smell. Patio furniture was in good condition, nice to lounge and have a cup of coffee in the morning. Giving four stars because of the noise and a few kitchen upgrades needed (knives).
