Rating
Our work crew found the home to be just as described. Comfortable and within a quiet neighborhood.
We loved the views of the ocean and the sky, and the quiet neighborhood, can walk to the beach and walk for miles....
Beautiful view, nice place for families.
The home has plenty of room for 5 couples with a bunk bed for a couple kids. There is 1 bedroom upstairs and the rest of the rooms are downstairs. The home and the furniture are a bit outdated and could use some TLC. One of the bathrooms was recently remodeled so that was nice. The house was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with a coffee machine/Keurig, pots, pans, bowls, plates and utensils. The grill worked great and the patio was a nice addition. The armoire had books, games, binoculars and the garage had a washer/dryer along with boogie boards, chairs and other items you may need for a day at the beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It had all the necessities needed for a home as well as some nice bonus items I was not expecting. I gave this a 3 star rating overall because the drain/garbage disposal in the kitchen wasn't working very well and we would have water in the sink that would not drain. I was informed a work order would be put in, but I didn't hear from them the week we were there. Secondly, I couldn't sleep the first few nights as the bed was horribly squeaky, sheets were uncomfortable, and the furniture had a strong odor I had to overcome. This was a big issue for me as it was difficult to unwind and rest after a long day. Other than that, everything else was good.
The view of the ocean and the sound of the surf
The view is great! The home is big enough to comfortably hold a large family or group. (10)
