A close neighbor to Austin, this Lago Vista waterfront cottage is equipped with all of your favorite amenities! Bright and modernly updated, the interior boasts an open-concept layout overlooking picturesque views of the spacious yard and water. When you aren't hanging out here, settle down under the twinkle lights in the Adirondack chairs on the patio or take a rest on the tree hammock. You can also take a walk to the lake, try your luck fishing, or simply enjoy the breeze and sunset on the newly added two-level private dock. (Dock comes with a single SUP board, an adult kayak, and a youth kayak. Dock's boat lift is out of commission. Watercraft can tie up to cleats outside of the boat slip only right now.)

When you get hungry, the fully equipped kitchen displays a suite of stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. The dining options consist of a quaint breakfast bar and a large dining table.

Down the hall, the bedrooms are equally inviting, both adorned with soft linens and central air. Off the primary bedroom, appreciate having access to a gorgeous ensuite bathroom showcasing gold finishes, a large vanity, and a walk-in shower. A private washer/dryer and smart TVs round out the marvelous interior amenities.
