Plan a day trip to Austin, which is 40 miles away and hosts endless dining options, fantastic stores, souvenir shops, museums, the Texas Capitol, parks, and so much more! For the marine, the highlights are Captain Pete's boat house and the boat rental Liquid Thrillz.

As you enter this fantastic retreat, you are greeted by a bright and spacious open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room and dine-in kitchen. Spend tranquil evenings relaxing on the sofa watching your favorite series and movies on the smart TV with streaming, or lounging on the balcony with views of the extensive lawn and partial views of the ocean in the distance. The balcony is also a great spot to dine alfresco Speaking of food, the fully-equipped kitchen will have your back when mealtime comes around. Find all the major appliances that will make cooking a breeze and even convenient gadgets such as a convection oven and a Keurig coffee maker. A designated laundry room with a washer/dryer could make your wishes of staying longer come true.

On the first floor, you will also find a private bedroom with a smart TV. The second floor hosts two bedrooms, each one with a smart TV. The primary bedroom enjoys a private balcony with seating.
