Loved relaxing with family in the vintage home. The heated pool was a big plus for exercising and relaxing. Quick responses were also a plus. Kitchen was spacious for cooking. I suggest maybe bringing your own distilled drinking water for the coffee pot. We will definitely book again soon!!

This stay was for a birthday gathering of 10 friends and family members. Whether a group of adults or families with children, the home is spacious, with room for plenty of activities and also large/quiet enough to find personal space to read, work, or just chill; large dining table(s), foosball table, games, and tv's. Don't forget to grab some deer feed corn for the daily visitors! Excellent time was had by all, and Property Manager Michael was extremely responsive and helpful to all inquiries.

If you are booking this home for the pool, make sure you stay more than three nights, otherwise the pool is super cold!! There are plenty of comfortable beds, however, not much privacy or lighting or TVs only one worked!! I booked this place so my grandkids could enjoy the pool and their own TV space but neither worked out. I was really disappointed, I should’ve booked the Texaco house. It looks like there is so much more entertainment for kids.!! Seriously for 600 bucks a night This place should’ve been so much better than it was.!!

This is a beautiful home in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Kerrville. We stayed during the Thanksgiving holiday and it was perfect for a large family gathering. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing a large meal, and the dining areas were great for our extended family. We highly recommend this home for anyone with a large family that requires lots of space.
