This place is a beautiful weekend get away. Very roomy and peaceful with great views and a comfy stay. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway.
We would stay again, but reported a few items that need attention. Beds were very comfy, views outside were amazing, bring a jug of bottled water, and be sure to eat at Lighthouse cafe just up the road.
Veiws and privacy was top notch, the house is great, it just needs some TLC.
This property was perfect The main house was used to do all of the gathering. Both of my Children could go to the 2 cabins to have their spade. This place was perfect Would love to buy it for our visits.
The outside areas were beautiful,- lots of beautiful trees and plenty of room to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Great views, great fit pit, chairs on the deck, nice swing to sit and read and enjoy your coffee. Great space for multiple families. Main house very open and comfortable. Cabins were great. Close to the marina and a nice little county park for fishing, swimming, hiking, exploring. Our only real issue was that I asked before booking - how was the water level, can we walk straight down the steps to the river and dock and fish. The first answer was a generic answer from the company that had no clue because they aren't local to the property. They simply said we have river access. So I clarified - Can we walk down the steps to the dock? I then got an answer of Yes. So we booked. After booking we were informed that there is no direct river access and no access to the dock. I specifically wanted access to fish directly from the priority we booked. I could have booked it second choice had on known. However, we had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. Everyone was comfortable and we had everything we needed. I would recommend this property except to anyone looking to have dock/fishing access directly from the property.
The views are amazing, great place to stay with friends and family.
